Just 29 Days Until Christmas!

First off, I hope everyone had a lovely Thanksgiving but... now that Turkey Day has come and gone, I would just like to send out an official welcome to the Christmas season! Although a large portion of the world has already begun to partake of Christmassy things, I have held back until today. Today I busted out my Christmas shirt, striped jingle bell sock and I listened to some Christmas music! And during some of the many down moments at work today I got to do some Christmas coloring. Just imagine that my picture says "Merry Christmas" instead of "Happy Holidays" and it will make it look a little better.

Nicole...ha ha. You get to color at work?! Sweet! Such discipline you have to wait until after Thanksgiving. I'm glad you are getting to enjoy the Christmas spirit in it's full glory...jingle bell socks and all! Can't wait to enjoy the Christmas spirit WITH you soon! :)

Isn't it great that I get paid to color?! It was ridiculously slow at the Picture People on Black Friday. Well thank you but I do have to admit to having some holiday grog at Strange Brew before Thanksgiving. But... I was just drinking it in honor of Thanksgiving! I am looking forward to enjoying the Christmas spirit with you too! Less than a month till I see your lovely face!

We listened to some Christmas music yesterday too as we did some more decorating. The ladies at ABC are having a Christmas Walk on monday night and our house is one of them. We are excited for them to see the things Grandpa has created.

Way to bring in the Christmas spirit in your every day life, Grandma! What kind of stuff is Grandpa showing for this Christmas walk?

Nicole! I love your coloring job. When we were little we colored all the time together with my siblings. I'll be honest, I sucked. Missing you! Its actually got kind of cold here recently. Feels like fall in Indiana. Like in the 50's. Will call you soon. Love you.

Oh and by the way, you will be proud. Your brother did ALL the christmas decorations this year. I literally did nothing. It was fantastic. He got here 2 days before from our trip home for Thanksgiving, and when I came home, I opened the door and saw a winter wonderland. He's a really nice guy.

Well thank you, Rosie. I really tried hard. Did you actually enjoy coloring since you did it so frequently? This reminds me of helping you put together your little speedster for work, it was so funny seeing how stressed out you were getting over it! What a nice surprise to come home to the house all decorated! I thought about doing that while Mom, Dad and Courto were in Illinois but my thought remained a thought. I'm so glad you think your husband is a really nice guy. I'm going to have to agree with you on that!

Umm, yeah, I guess its safe to assume that I do like to color. Not that I am very good though. Yes, I do remember when you helped me make that car. I honestly don't know what I would have done if you hadn't done that for me. I would have probably had to have given my notice at work, because I was NOT doing that on my own. Speaking of giving notice. My dad calls me and tells me he put in his notice at work. I proceed to be in utter shock at this crazy news, then he goes on to tell me that he put in his 2 year notice. Are you kidding me? The dude kills me.

I'm glad you enjoy coloring, Rosie. I think it's a bit of a relaxing, enjoyable time myself!
